Be Thankful For These 40 Things

They say, the more you look for certain things the more you see certain things so…. right now, let’s look for the good things we can be thankful for. Among the chaos of the news that makes us all a little panicky let's remember all the good things we have in our lives. If we look for all the things that we are thankful for we will find even more things that we are thankful for.  if we look for the chaos we will find more chaos.

When you're having trouble finding anything to be thankful for he has a list of 40 things you can be thankful for. The first 20 things are things you can be thankful for all the time followed by the next 20 things that you can be thankful for specifically during quarantine. I warn, you some of those are a little bit funny because our world is a little bit crazy right now. 

I really hope this list of 40 things can help you when you're feeling down. That they can bring a smile to your face and remind you of the good things in life. This too shall pass, let's all look for the good things right now!

Gratitude is such a blessing right now. When we are thankful and we can think more about the good we have in front of us, it’ll helps us get through this time of uncertainty. It doesn't mean that bad things aren't happening and we aren't all a little scared/nervous/afraid/anxious, it just means we don't have to feel them ALL the time. I hope this list of 40 things brings a smile to your face.



One thing that I do and I'm feeling overwhelmed by the bad is to make a list of things I'm thankful for. Believe me, on really sad days that list can at first look really short and the things are really small but it really helps me to feel something better. I encourage you when you're feeling down to just making a list of everything you're thankful for. Include the small things, like the pen you’re writing with to the person who’s only a phone call away. Or when you can’t think of anything, read this list, it’s yours to use anytime!
